CP GRATEX MFG.CO. is one of the leading manufacturers of a wide range of ‘Deburring Tools’ since 1992. We design and develop innovative solutions to deliver a world-class ‘Deburring Experience’
I had a similar deburring tool for many years that I used for metal but none of the blades had the same design as these. The blades are sharp and seem durable enough for use on various metals. Now that I'm 3D printing models and functional items, I needed a nice deburring tool to ensure I didn't have any burrs on the edges or in holes. The deburring tool/handle feels to be made from solid metal of some type.

Handy small deburring tool

A nice pocket sized deburring tool. It's hex shaped so it doesn't roll around like my last one (though, the cap has a large sphere on the end which lifts it up, slightly negating this plus). I don't use one of these often, but so far this has worked wonderfully on plastic (ABS and PVC specifically) and wood for me. Comes in a resealable plastic pouch should you want to use it, but I specifically went with a small one to save space in my toolbox.

The handle is decent enough, would be nice if it was larger. I use it to clean up 3d prints from my printer. The blades work extremely well. For the money you can't get any better.

Smooths Out Those Ragged Edges
Punch or drill a hole in a piece of metal, and you’re likely to end up with some sharp edges. Breaking those edges not only helps minimize the possibility of a burr splintering off and landing somewhere it shouldn’t, it can make assembly easier and the part safer to handle. For this you need a de-burring tool like the CP GRAT.EX Countersink Set.
This set consists of conical de-burring bit mounted to an offset arm that snaps into a collet in a yellow plastic handle.
