1992
The company spearheaded the creation of the Hand Deburring Tool, unveiling a
select assortment during its debut at IMTEX in New Delhi.
1994
Diversified our product range, resulting in our inaugural exports to Taiwan and
Singapore, fostering lasting partnerships in these markets.
1996
Introduced a 6 mm size Deburring Blade (made exclusively by us even today)
1998
Commenced distribution in Europe with a strategic Italian partnership.
1999
Showcased products on the international stage in Melbourne and Hannover,
signaling the launch of our global distribution efforts.
2002
Enhanced nationwide distribution across India, establishing a network of dealers
spanning key industrial hubs.
2004
Forged a pivotal collaboration with Mr. Werner Jakob, a distinguished Swiss
deburring expert renowned for his numerous innovations. This ongoing partnership has
blossomed, yielding a stream of fresh concepts and advancements in the field.
2006
Established a dedicated export-oriented division within a Special Economic Zone,
aimed at enhancing global export initiatives and expanding market reach on an
international scale.

Commencement of regular participation in international trade fairs at Hannover,
Cologne, Milano, Chicago, Moscow, and Shanghai, reinforcing the company's
international footprint and global visibility.
2010
Centralized production operations by investing in a facility located in Wada, near
Mumbai, bringing all production facilities under a single roof for enhanced efficiency and
coordination.
2012
Implemented an advanced facility at the Plant equipped with state-of-the-art CNC
machinery, designed to facilitate future scalability and bolstered production capacity.

WERNER Jr. JAKOB
Head of Business Development – International
Possessing unparalleled experience spanning over 50 years, he brings a wealth of knowledge in
various process improvement solutions. He has pioneered numerous innovations in Clamps, Coolant
Hoses, and Deburring Tools, driving advancements and setting new standards in the industry. His
commitment to maintaining strong relationships with key individuals worldwide has been
instrumental in fostering collaboration and driving success for CP GRAT-EX. With a steadfast

MAHESH KASBEKAR
Head of System Improvement
Combining expertise as both an Accountant and a Law Graduate, with over three decades of process
improvement experience, he leverages a diverse background in conglomerates to implement
transformative ideas at CP Grat-Ex. His primary goal is to propel the company to the next level by
establishing robust systems and processes capable of sustaining its rapid growth across multiple
sites and geographies. He focuses on building a foundation that can withstand the challenges of

Manager - Factory Operations
An Arts graduate with a decade of practical experience in Production Planning and Control. He is
